Aristo Silicone Spray is designed to lubricate, waterproof and protect a variety of surfaces including:

This colorless, odorless product lubricates, waterproofs and protects metal and non-metal surfaces with a thin, non-staining film of silicone. It is an excellent lubricant and protectant for molds, motor bearings, linkages, tools, meters, locks and other equipment. The low surface tension of silicone spray results in excellent coverage and deep penetrating for metal and non-metal surfaces, it is non-corrosive and non-staining. Aristo silicone spray remains effective at temperature ranging from 40°F to 400°F.

Product Usage

Description:

Aristo Silicone Oil Spray adopts a formula prepared from composite materials with high load bearing capacity and strong extreme pressure & wear resistance. It has the features as follows

1. Odorless premium propellant included.

2. Leaving perfect surface of the product, without oiliness.

3. Non-toxic and non-corrosive.

4. Allow for a maximum number of mold releasing cycles, saving on the cost.

5. High-pressure cans are used, safe for use.

6. Suitable for use as plastic mold release for ABS, PVC, PE, NYLON, ACRYLICS, PS, PP, PC and SAN products.

Directions for use:

1. When it is used for the first time, make sure the molds have been cleaned using mold contaminant remover, and dried or aired to dry.

2. When spraying it, the nozzle should be at a distance of about 20-25cm with respect to the mold.

3. When it is used for the first time, it should be sprayed on the molds for three rounds, and in such a way that the application is thin and even. Each round of spray should commence a few seconds after previous spray, so that each layer is dry enough, after the third round of spray, heat the molds to 150℃, and leave them to stand at this temperature for 15-30minutes before the normal production starts.

4. Re-spray this product when necessary in the manufacturing process.

Handling Precautions:

1. This product is flammable, the storage temperature shall be lower than 50℃ with good ventilation

2. When store this product for long time, the height don’t excess 8cartons

3. Handle with care, don’t throw or strike this product.

4. Keep away from heat, flames, sparks and any other source of ignition.

5. No upend the product and keep out reach of children.
