This product is made of mineral oil thickened by metal soap and refined with antirust and antioxidant,functional modifiers such as composite copper base filler and polymer EP lubricant.  

Application scope:

This product is suitable for the special thread protection of drill pipe and drilling tool designed for Trenchless crossing construction. It is especially suitable for the complex working conditions of large horizontal drilling resistance and large instantaneous torque when the horizontal drilling meets the rock stratum in the process of trenchless crossing construction. It is also suitable for complex working conditions such as salt alkali, high temperature, high torque produced by drilling in hard rock, and lubrication of parts with high requirements for rust proof, water resistance, wear resistance and extreme pressure performance.

Operating temperature: -20℃ ~120℃

Good load resistance, long service life, good sealing, good cushioning and shock absorption, no splashing, no dripping, simple lubricating equipment

It has good antirust performance, lubrication performance, extreme pressure and antiwear performance, good water resistance and colloidal stability

Attentions:

Before connecting the drill pipe, evenly coating the threaded part with this product can significantly improve the service life of the drill pipe and protect the drill pipe from being killed in case of sudden increase of torque. Under the working condition of strong vibration and extreme pressure produced by drilling system, prevent thread sticking and wear, protect drilling thread from erosion and wear under severe conditions such as salt alkali corrosion, high temperature and high pressure, effectively avoid thread scratch and sticking, and facilitate disassembly.
