To produce a monocrystalline silicon ce
lls, absolutely pure semiconduction material is necessary. Monocrystalline rods are extracted from melted silicon and then sawed into thin plates.This production process guarantees a relatively high level of efficiency silicon and makes monocrystalline panels one of the most efficient, producing smaller solar cells, and therefore smaller panels. Monocrystalline works very well in bright cool conditions.
Poly Solar Panel
Polycrystalline solar panels are also made from sillicon.However,instead of using a single crystal of silicon,manufacturers melt many fragments of silicon together to form the wafers for the panel.
Polycrystalline solar panels are also referred to as "multi-crystalline"or many-crystal sillicon.
Because there are many crystals in each cell,there is to less freedom for the electrons to move.As a result,polycrystalline solar panels have lower efficiency ratings than monocrystalline panels.

Service Policy
KSUN's Warranty Policy are provided by Nanjing KingSun Solar Technology Co., Ltd. ("KSUN") and cover defects in workmanship and materials. KSUN offers to our customers the following limited warranty, the Solar Panel / Module, Inverter device, Solar Power System ( not include Storage Battery) and its components mentioned in User's Manual shall be provided with 18 months' warranty for normal use (man-made malfunctions excepted) starting from the date of shipment from KSUN's factory. In certain places where local laws have special provisions for the term of warranty, the foregoing term shall not be applicable. This warranty offers special legal rights. You are entitled to other rights pursuant to local laws. The Buyer/Customer is responsible for certain service and maintenance expenses. Please contact KSUN Customer Service for further details on specific products.

The following situation is not covered by the warranty:
* Finished goods lost or serial number manipulated;
* Loss or damage due to force majeure or external reasons;
* Misuse, accident, negligence, unauthorized alteration or repair;
* overuse;
* Violation of operation stipulations.

1. When can I get the quotation?
We usually quote 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your e-mail so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality counter display.
If you need the samples, we will charge for the sample Express fee. But the cost can be refundable after order confirmation when your quantity of the order is more about the MOQ.

3. Can you do the design for us?
Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

4. How long can I expect to get the samples?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmation files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

5. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 10 to 15 days. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

6. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
