Techology Process

Pretreated biomass is converted into high temperature fuel gas after taking pyrolysis gasification reaction with air in fluidized bed gasifier. Heat value of fuel gas is higher than 1,100Kcal/Nm³.Most ash in the fuel gas will be removed after high efficiency cyclone, then hot fuel gas will be sent into industrial furnace/boiler/dryer to combust compeletly in kiln/boiler/dryer. Produced energy can be used for different technics or output in the form of heat(steam or hot smoke).

Technology Features:

1. Thermal gasification efficiency of CFB can be over 85%. Waste heat of fuel gas can be compelety utilized by subsequent equipments. Consequetly, Thermal efficiency of whole system is high.

2. Biomass can take the place of fossil energy completely, which is good to environment.
