1. Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a factory with more than hundreds of employees. Welcome OEM and ODM, 5 employees which is lead by senior engineers are services for you.

2. Q: What's the scale of your factory? And what is the annual capacity production of your company?
A: The factory building covers an area of 800 square meters, and annual output exceeds 800 million, , all products exported abroad.

3.Q: The cables that comes with the system would be standard, can they be extended in case there is the need

A: yes, we can make the length of cable according to your requirement, but there is a cost increased accordingly.

4. Q:Are the bulbs used are specially made or any normal LED bulb could be used

A: It is applied for DC12V bulbs, the output current is not over 3A for total loading bulbs. If you have DC12V bulbs, you can replace the current ones

5. Q: Should all the bulbs be of the same wattage (w)

A: No, you can use different types, but make sure that the output current is not extent over 3A. 

6. Q:When it is being charged during the day with solar panel, can the AC output be used

A: The electric appliances can be used during charging, but please make sure there are power enough inside to run the appliances.

7. Q: After the battery is dead, how do you replace it?

A:For replacing battery, please open the top housing, replace a new battery, please note, please connect the cable in CORRECT color, that means Red cable connect to the Red terminal on the battery, Black cable to the Black terminal. Otherwise the PCBA will be burned. Thanks! 

8. Q: The cables are standard, 5m- how do you extend the cables, ones you have received the system and you found that one or two of the rooms would need extra length to reach that room? Can you put extension cable between the bulb and the box?

A:Yes, of cause we can add extension cable in case of consumer requires more length. Our standard length is 5m, we can add another cable to connect the current 5m cable.
