2. How much waste per day?
Please inform us the quantity of the waste per day. We could help you figure out the gas production from the waste per day. And then we suggest the volume of the digester tank.
For example, you could inform us the quantity of the pigs in your pigsty.
We suppsoe there are 500 sow pigs.
Daily Feces of the sow pigs is 3Kg per day. So, 500×3= 1500Kg pig manure per day.
22.23Kg pig manure produce 1 m³ biogas. 1500Kg÷22.23= 67.5m³ biogas.
We would prefer suggest the 150m³ biogas plant for this solution on the condition of 25~30 degrees Celsius.

For Generating eletricity, 1m³ biogas produce 1.5KWH eletricity.
500 sow pigs can produce 67.5m³ biogas per day that is produced 101.25KWH eletricity per day. It able to run the 10KW biogas generator for 10 hours per day.

Part Four: We guide you to build the biogas plant.
Buyer is responsible for the civil engineering, installation while supplier will be in charge of design, guidance,purchasing equipment and technology service.
According to your own situation, we support the civil engineering drawing of your biogas plant to you when you confirm the order to us. If you are asking for us, we could send the technical personnel to your construction plant at site for the installation guidance. During the service stage, buyer will be responsible for the boarding fee, transportation fee for the technician.
