Anthracite Coal

We have the immediate option to offer Anthracite coal (Duff). Please find herewith our price quoted on FOB basis:

a.    Confirmed Irrevocable L/C at sight

1.    Buyer will present Letter of Intent in which the Buyer must clearly specify the product with the:

•        Specifications for the product

•        Quantity

•        Expected duration of the contract

•        Full contact details 

2.    Seller will present the Buyer with the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) in accordance with SCOTA. The Buyer will initial each page, sign, date and stamp the Sales and Purchase Agreement.

3.    The signed copy of the Sales and Purchase Agreement must be returned with the following documents:

a. Completed KYC Questionnaire and supporting company documents.

•        Certificate of Incorporation

•        Articles of Association or Jurisdictional Equivalent

•        Current Shareholders Register

•        Shareholders Organizational Chart (or overview), up to the Ultimate Beneficial Owners 

b. Company Resolution confirming the person to represent and is authorized to sign acceptance of the Sales & Purchase Agreement and all further documentation relating to the transaction.
