Auto-repairing Fluid for Engine Wear

Technical Features:
A. Nanometer mineral materials are added to lubricating oil orlubricating grease. When the lubricating oil or grease is used, the mineral materials in it react with the surface of metal (iron, etc.) by force chemical reaction under the flash temperature of mechanical friction to produce ceramic alloy layer composed mainly of iron silicate, thus achieving the surface modification of metal.
B. The engine wear repair agent enters the friction surface along with the lubricating oil. It will repair the worn parts and generate a ceramic alloy layer on the friction surface. The original friction between metals will change to the friction between ceramic alloy layers. Thus the friction coefficient will be reduced to the most extent and the best fit clearance will be achieved.

The Use Method for Gasoline Engine and Diesel Engine
Replace engine oil and oil filter. Shake the Engine wear repair agent evenly, filling it from the engine oil hole. 100 ml is fit for 4 – 5 L lubricant oil. Start the engine, idle for 20 minutes, less than 80 km/h in the first one hour driving. Use this product once 50,000-70,000km for private cars , total running of 3,000-4,000 hours for construction machineries and equipments .

The Use Method for Mechanical Equipments
After replacing the machine with new lubricating oil, fill the product with 1% of the lubricating oil. Calculate the time to use the product next time according to the workload. In general, the cumulative work of 3,000-4,000 hours needs to be used again.
