Structure:
Using excellent hydrolysis resistance& weatherability PET as outside protect film, and excellent watherability E film as inner side. The luorine-free back sheet is applicable to the power station and rooftop PV module.
Product Characteristics
Excellent quality stability
The products with stable quality are produced in high grade purification workshop in strict accordance with the operation and management of ISO system by using advanced precision coating facilities
Wet and heat aging resistance
The main characteristics of the product is good after 85%ºC/85% RH aging
UV resistance stability
The E films have excellent resistance to UV radiation through the special function design. Layer and PET membrane are not ultraviolet erosion by high UV blocking rate of E film full protection. Product durability is very long.
Excellent adhesion between backsheet and EVA
Excellent adhesion adaptability between back sheet and silicone sealant
The mainly commercial silicone sealant can be bonded including: Tiansha 1527, Huitian906, Toshiba TES3852, Dow Corning 7091/PV804 and so on.
Store mode
Storage method
Dry sealed conditions can be kept for half a year, and placed in dry environment after opened.

3 inch tube core, PE moisture-proof bag, safety bracket, outer carton pack.

How to use?
1.Keep the product surface clean without any stains,fingerprint and other impurities before use.
2.Check the product labels to confirm the faying surface that is to laminated with EVA.
3.Assemble the solar PV module according to the order of glass, EVA, solar cell, EVA and back sheet.
4. Do the lamination according to EVA technical instruction
