Introduction:

Both biogas digester (anaerobic fermentation reactor) and flexible double membraner gas holder mouted on the top of reactor tank constitute the Biogas Production and Storage integrated System.

The integrated biogas plant device is currently the mainstream mode of construction in European countries with a wealth of successful experience.  98% of the biogas projects builted in recent years are heat, electricity and fertilizer cogeneration mode, and the 80% of which adopt integrated anaerobic reactor.

Biogas digester

Biogas digester is a kind of assembled tank made of special anti-corrosion processed steel, polymer composite sealing materials, self-locking bolt assembling materials. The assembled tank is used for the storage of gas/liquid/solid in sewage treatment, biogas engineering, food storage and other industries. In biogas engineering, assembled tank is an important equipment for various of organic matter fermentation.

Remarks:

1. Regular dimension of the steel sheet is 1250mm*2500mm*3/4/5/6/8/10/12/14/16mm which is adjusted according the bolted tank size.

2.The antio-corrosion of the steel sheet adopts advanced ECPC(E-coating and -coating) process.

3.ECPC achieves perfect anti-corrosion level and simultaneously advoids the defect of collision effect with enamel coating which makes the delivery and installation more easier.

Double Membrane Gas Holder/Gas storage Cabinet is a durable air supported structure specifically designed for the purpose of biogas storage.

The biogas special-used membrane material is made of highly tear-resistant and anti-corrosion polyester fabrics.
