Raw material test: ingredient analysis, impurities test

Formula finalizing small sample test: enamel fluidity test, chromatic difference analysis, enamel burning experiment acid, and alkali resistance test, glossy, adhesion test etc.

Middle stage product test: magnify experiment simulated operation environment

Destructive testing: impact test, 1500V holiday test, sliced electric microscope analysis

Double-checking is required before packaging, confirm the plate’s code and quality. The steel plates are separated from each other by PE foam, to avoid any damage on the coating surface. And the whole pallet is covered by a plastic film, tied by a steel belt. Then the whole pallet is put inside a wooden box.
