NSK Lubricants:

NSK Series Grease: NSL, PS2, LR3, AS2, LG2, LGU, NF2, etc. are special oil for straight track. It has excellent wear resistance and long service life. It has low pollution, strong waterproof and corrosion resistance
NSL grease: it is a special oil for straight guide rail
PS2 grease: it is high precision high speed grease. The high-grade synthetic oil is used as base oil, urea thickener and special additive, which has excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance and long service life. It is suitable for high speed, medium temperature and small high-speed machinery. It is suitable for 190 ℃. Lubricating oil is a kind of lubricant used in the standard of micro linear slide and ball screw. Although it is a lubricant with low temperature driving characteristics and non excellent performance, it also has good rotation characteristics at room temperature, so it is very suitable for fine load small precision machines（ Original nominal model is NSK lubricant No.2)
LG2 grease: it is a special grease for dust free room, low pollution, and is specially used in semiconductor, liquid crystal manufacturing equipment and food machinery.
AS2 grease: it is a heavy load, waterproof and corrosion-resistant precision grease, which is used in the standard of NSK straight slide and ball screw.
LR3 grease: it is the lubricant used in NSK standard ball screw FA series product standard. It is suitable for high speed use such as medium load, high-speed transportation and positioning（ The original model is NSK lubricating grease No.1) the lubricating grease with high speed and medium load can be significantly improved by using special synthetic oil of high temperature stable grease and selected oxidation inhibitor. Under the condition of 150 ℃ high temperature rotation test, the lubricating life of the grease has reached more than 2000 hours. In addition, it can further improve the anti rust function in the harsh environment such as water and humidity.
LGU grease: metal parameters are very low and can be used in high temperature environment.
