Product Description

This product is a new generation of general purpose high-grade grease. It is made of a new type of complex calcium sulfonate thickened high viscosity refined base oil and high efficiency extreme pressure antiwear agent by special process.  

Application scope:

This product is mainly suitable for the lubrication of hot rolling and cold rolling bearings in metallurgical industry, rotary table, mould, secondary cooling section, sector roller, stretcher and swing shear of continuous casting equipment, conveyor roller, and also widely used in other industries. It is also suitable for the lubrication of medium and low speed bearings, gears, chains and high-speed giant coupling under high temperature and heavy load conditions, as well as for the same water and water steaming. Lubrication of some parts in contact with gas or acid or alkali.

Operating temperature: -30 ℃ ~ 230 ℃

Performance:

The product has excellent extreme pressure and wear resistance, long service life, good mechanical stability, colloid stability (consistency is basically unchanged under high and low temperature conditions) and good water resistance.
