Sakurai mold release agent MK-TF5000 for mobile phone medium plate die casting is specialized for Magnesium&Aluminum alloy mobile phone parts, ultra-thin and medium plate parts demoulding. MK-TF5000 is superior in cooling, lubrication, heat preservation effective performance.Ensure the casting surface is bright and clean, does not affect plating and painting.

1.Stable high-temperature resistance performance by using high-temperature of film-forming materials, mold surface has good adhesion,operate temperature can be up to 320℃,does not build carbon or oxide on the surface of moulds and casting parts 2.Excellent lubrication properties with high temperature resistant lubricant. 3.Excellent protection against oxidative corrosion for die casting alloy products. 4.Good cleaning performance as almost no residue on the mold surface.

We are one of leader manufacturer of Mold Release Agents in China, our factory locates in Taishan city,Guangdong.

2. Do you supply sample?
We supply free sample within 1kg and you got to pay for courier freight cost. The trial cost we refund to you on bulk order.

3. What is your shipping method and transportation?
For sample,we mostly deliver small packages by Fedex/DHL/TNT air service.

For bulk order we use mostly sea shipping and individually by railway.

4. What is your suggestions for sample trial?
As samples is limited, firstly you use a small quantity of samples to test. PLEASE do not use all sample in one-time.

5. What is the payment term?

We accept both T/T and L/C.
