YT-NFO BML232 is widely used for various kinds of high-grade liquor bottle release with good universality. When using this lubricant, a layer of lubricating film can be formed inside glass mould, which can ensure well smooth finish of bottle, even can avoid pre-coating process to simplify the operation.

   Features and Performance                                                                      

1. It is black pasty and viscous oil, nontoxic, tasteless and no deposition.

2. Applied to parison mould and die with high universality.

3. Formed into a thin and even film on the inner wall of die cavity, thus cleaner glass bottles and cans and higher rate of finished products can be obtained comparing with using other lubricant. 

4. Easy to clear up the mould by using this lubricant.

5. Applied to bottle-making machine and the production of various bottles and cans at home and aboard.

   Application Instructions                                                                           

1. Shall be used originally. Please do not blend with other oils, otherwise lubrication effect may be affected.

2. Use pure cotton yarn brush to apply by hand. The size of brush shall match the inner chamber of mould.

3. After dipping lubricant, the brush shall be wringed out to apply lubricant thinly and evenly for best results.

4. Service time of this lubricant is 20-25min/time. Best service time can be fixed according to the practical situation.

5. Please pay attention to keep certain lubrication cycle. The less the lubricant is applied each time, the cleaner glass bottles and cans are and the higher the rate of finished products is.
