Instruction

(1) The basic conditions of biogas fermentation: strict anaerobic environment; appropriate amount of inoculum (the sediment of the biogas digester or activated sludge under the manure pit, sludge from the sludge ditch of the slaughterhouse); appropriate amount of fermentation raw materials; appropriate high temperature; suitable PH value.

(2)The biogas raw materials such as cow manure and pig manure can be stacked and fermented. A small amount of quicklime can be added to adjust the pH. Generally, it takes 3-5 days. The enriched production conditions formed by stacked and fermented can quickly produce gas after being put into a biogas bag. Put it into a soft biogas bag.Use a splint to seal one end of the feed port, add 100-200 kg of sewage and biogas residue from the other feed port at the same time, seal it with a splint, push the biogas bag to mix the materials, usually 2~5 days Can be used for gas production.
