 Install the 6m3 Red Mud mebrane biogas digester bag

Step 1: Preparing construction materials

Cement (grade above 325) 400kgs;

Sand: 1200KG;

Brick (53×115×240mm) 1300 pieces;

Φ 110MM PVC pipe 2PCS ( length 420mm )

Step 2 : Choosing location

The digester should be constructed nearby the lavatory or hoggery or cowshed.

The inside dimension of the 6 m³ digester is

Length : 4 meter    Height : 1 meter    width : 1.5 meter.

You'd better draw a rectangle which is 4 meters length and 1.5 meters width.

You will build brick wall along the line.

Step 3 Build the brick wall

Step 4 : Install the Inlet Pipe

When you building the brick wall, please pay attention to make the inlet pipe on the corrected position in advance. The length of the inlet pvc pipe is 420mm.

Step 4 : Install the Outlet Pipe

When you building the brick wall, please pay attention to make the inlet pipe on the corrected position in advance. The length of the inlet pvc pipe is 420mm.

Step 5 : connect the digester bag, tie up with the clamp.

Step 6 : Feed the digester be full with the organic slurry, the water level must be cover the inlet hole. It will produce biogas in 5 to 7 days and make the digester bag inflatbale.

The Red Mud PVC Material is made of the fabric and the chemical coating. Fabric mainly uses high-strength industrial polyester mesh folder and glass fiber materials; coating materials are mainly PVC and Teflon. Polyester cover membrane is polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and polyethylene coated glass fiber PTFE (Teflon). Because of the red mud material, the red mud reinforced Material is good elasticity, anti-aging, good folding properties. Lifespan is around 10 years.
