This product incorporates high performance asphalt modifier, high viscosity asphalt stabilizing agent, high molecular polymer, anti aging agent etc, which makes the product has economic, eco-friendly, good high temperature stabilization, good performance for water resistance, easy to construction etc features.

Product Features:

We can provide the colorless asphalt binder (hot mix color asphalt emulsion) & pigment for client locally color asphalt paving material production and construction, one ton colorless asphalt binder can produce out to 16.7 tons finished product, the material paving thickness is 3-4cm, which greatly reduce the project cost.

temperature will be 5 degree, making sure the material will be in good condition and easier to work in winter season.

Can't be used for parking lots and heavy traffic vehicle driveway, because the surface color would be abrased easily.

Construction Method

Production and Construction Process:

Mixing ratio: 6% colorless asphalt binder, 3% color asphalt pigment, 91% aggregate stones.

1. Clean the black asphalt feeding pipe, contect it to the color asphalt equiipment.

2. Clean up the mixing tank before mixing.

3. Heat the colorless asphalt binder to around 140-150℃, control the aggregate heating temperature at 160-170℃.

4. Calculate the pigment quantity before production, pigment ratio is 2.5-3%, pour the pigment into mixing tank, suggest mixing 60s, the aggregate should be uniformly covered with pigment, no block or particle segregation.

5. Color asphalt mixture discharge temperature is 155-165℃.

6. The transportation lorry and paving machine should be clean up in advance.

7. Keep continous paving to make sure uniform color and particle, paving temperature is 150-160℃.

8. Compact it for 2-3 times to ensure its compaction, but avoid overvoltage, otherwise the crush aggregate would effect the color, the initial compaction temperature is ＞140℃, the final compaction temperature is ＞100℃.

9. The pavement temperature should be cooled down to normal temperature, then it can open to traffic.
