Our regularly used terms are FOB, C&F, or CIF from HOCHIMINH PORT, HAI PHONG PORT. Please provide us your nearest sea port so that we can quote you for our competitive price with transportation cost.

– Certificate of Quantity is issued by producer or as per requested.
– Certificate of Fumigation is issued by Viet Nam Fumigation Company or as per requested.

7. INSPECTION AGENCIES
– Vina Control, IIC Control are inspected by VietNam.
– SGS, Bureau Vertitas are inspected by oversea services in VietNam (Will negotiate the paid expense later ).

8. PROBLEM.
If any problem like damage, shortage or bad quality happened, please notify us via fax or email immediately within 7 days of shipment arrival, and give us your photo of the damage. We will guarantee and return it for you completely free.
