High efficiency biogas pretreatment system

Dry desulfurization system is standard equipment we designed and produced according to the content of H2S in the gas, the gas flow, the life cycle, and other relevant data of the clients.

The dimension andthe internal structure are designed specially. Different kind of gas, different content of H2S in the gas, different pressure, the dimension and the internalstructure are differentaccordingly.

For real-time monitoring the reaction speed of sulfide and the oxygen in air in the process of regeneration, we added temperature monitoring equipment, this can avoid accident fires(When the content of the entered air is large, theexothermic reaction is violent, the temperature is above the sulfur's ignition point, this caused accidental fires. ) in the process of regeneration.

The main Reaction principle of desulfurization
(1) Fe2O3.H2O+3H2S=Fe2S3.H2O+3H2O 
(2) Fe2O3.H2O+3H2S=2FeS+S+4H2O 

Technological process:

Biogas → Dewater Desulfurization → Flame arresting → Electricity generating or boiler
