High-quality  engine oil for truck's diesel engines from manufacturer

SAE 40 API CF/CD/SF oils are made for truck's diesel engines with supercharge, which operate under extreme duty cycles. It is also recommended for diesel engines of cars, naturally aspirated gasoline engines in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. It can be used in diesel and gasoline engines that do not exceed the rate of Euro 1 and Euro 2 for environmental performance. The oil is suitable for engines of municipal vehicles, off-road vehicles, construction machines, agricultural equipment of domestic manufacture requiring the use of engine oil in accordance with the rate of operating properties but not higher than API CF/CD/SF. It is made for use in vehicle engines in the southern regions or where the viscosity of engine oil of the type M-10 is not enough.

What is your sampling policy?

We provide samples only if we have the products of the sample in stock. The customer requesting the sample must pay for the cost of the sample and courier costs.

Yes, we conduct full product tests and chemical analyses before we ship them out for delivery.

Is it possible to do OEM?

Yes, we provide this service. We are happy to work with the customer to meet their specific requirements.

Car Chemistry Production

Our power plant utilizes automatic filling lines for coolants and lubricants, which allows our manufacturing plant to maintain a production capacity of 80 tons of packaged products per day or 2,400 tons per month. The company has its own tank farm with a holding capacity of about 2000 tons per month, in which raw materials and finished products are stored. Our plant is equipped with a machine-tool fleet for the production of its own plastic canisters.

Our Laboratory

Our high-tech laboratory ensures premium quality from the imported raw materials to the finished products ready for delivery. Our Storage Facilities

Each of our storage facilities has a capacity of about 1200 pallets. All Alfa Chem Group products are packaged in stackable, protective corrugated boxes. They are then palletized, making it possible for the transport of our products over long distances. In the year 2010, our modern production was equipped with the laboratory of stage 4 quality control, allowing safe, fast-paced, and high-quality production of new products;
