High Temperature PFPE fluorine grease

PFPE Grease is a high viscosity durable grease, using a high chemical stabled PFPE as base oil, PTFE as gelatinizer and adding special anti-corrosion additives. Suitable for lubrication of bearings, gears, chains and transmission mechanical parts working under high temperature, high load, strong chemical corrosion and strong oxidation environment. It is also suitable for lubrication and sealing of various valves,cock between plastic and metal, metal and rubber.

●Thermal stability: The applicable temperature is -40°C-280°C (measurable temperature). It can maintain long-term thermal stability at a high temperature of 280°C without hardening and deterioration, and there is no chemical decomposition under 340°C, no carbon formation and no split flow; ● Chemical stability: It won’t be corroded by boiling sulfuric acid, fuming nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid, strong oxidants, water, steam, molten caustic alkali ●Resin and metal compatibility: It won’t react with metal at a high temperature of 206℃, and is compatible with plastics ●Oxygen resistance: Strong resistance to liquid and gaseous
