HTHS high-temperature and high-speed bearing grease

HTHS high-temperature and high-speed bearing grease is thickened by lithium complex soap thickener, it is made from deeply refned mineral oil and synthetic oil with antioxidant, EP and anti-wear additive and corrosion inhibitors through special technical process.

Characteristics

◎ High dropping point and can meet the lubricating requirement up to 150℃;
◎ Good low-temperature stating performance;
◎ Add high quality anti-wear additives, can meet the extreme-pressure and anti-wear requirement of ordinary load;
◎ Low friction heat generation at the running part; can meet the lubricating requirements of high and medium speed bearings.

Applications

◎ It is suitable for lubrication of small and medium-sized precision bearings and miniaturetype bearings under high and low temperature conditions;
◎ Particularly suitable for the lubricating of high temperature and low noise sealed bearings, also for the lubricating and protection of small and medium-sized electric motor of high and low temperature and ordinary load rolling bearings at high temperature;
◎ Applied temperature range: -40℃～180℃;
