Q：Is sample available?
A：Yes of course. And we suggest a sample testing before bulk order.

Q: What is the MOQ?
A: Reasonable MOQ. Any quantity is available to better support you at the beginning.

Q: What is the lead time?
A: Samples it to ship in a week after payment confirmed. As for bulk orders, the LT is 25~30 days after deposit confirmed.

Q: Is OEM/ODM available?
A: Yes OEM/ODM is available. You may customize all the appliances and the cable length if it does not match your demand.

Q: How to make payment?
A: L/C, T/T and western union is available. Also you could pay via Alibaba Trade Assurance.

Q: What is the payment terms?
A: 30% deposit to start manufacturing and 70% balance required before shipment.

Q: How does this solar energy system work?
A: The PV panel absorbs sunshine and transforms it into electricity whcih will stored by the battery box. The battery box acts as
the power source to power the lights, tv, fan and charge the mobile phones.

Q: How long does the solar power system operate?
A: While in the daytime, the PV will charge the battery box when sun is here. If you use the tv or fan at the same time, the
charging time will be longer. Normally the battery box will be fully charged when the night comes. Then the PV panel will stop
charging the battery box. If you use all the 5 lights and tv and fan together, the operation time will be 6.1 hours. If you want
it to operate longer, let's say you want longer tv operation time, then you could turn off some of the lamps.

Q: What does pay as you go mean?
A: PAYG is a financial plan. It is a rent to own model. It makes it possible for customers to buy high price products by paying
installment. As for solar home systems paygo, customers spend a small money to start using the products and make regular payments
to continue using the products. If customers don't continue to pay, the system will be switched off automatically. If customers
complete the payg plan, they will have the possession of the products.
