A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A :Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order.
Q3. Is the front panel glass or plastic?
A: Tempered glass 3.2mm thickness, light transmittance up to 95%.
Q4. Does it meet Europe standard for solar energy?
A: This is TUV approval products, all the producing procedure apply TUV&CE .
Q5. What is the nominal voltage?
A: 18V, so it can charge 12V battery., if you want 36V, so you can charge 24V battery,
just loose the cable from the solar panel and connect them in series, if you not sure what to do, just mail us.
Q7: Do you offer warranty for the products?
A: 5 years ; 90% output in 10 years,80% output in 20 years; 25 years life span.
Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For
defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution i
ncluding re-call according to real situation.
