Description:

This product is microemulsion cutting fluid without any nitrite or phenol and other substances harmful to enviornment and human; excellent performance in tramp oil resistance, rust proof and extreme pressure, operational stability and anti-microbial.

Application:

Suitable for ferrous metal cutting and grinding such as cast iron and carbon steel. 3-5% cocertration is reommended for light cutting and grinding, 5% for general cutting and grinding, 7-10% for medium to heavy-duty cutting and grinding

Performance:

Excellent lubrication and cooling property, which can effectively protect the tool and ensure the processing accuracy;
Good rust resistance to ensure that the workpiece and machine equipment are not rusted;
No foaming during processing, no oil mist, no irritating odor, can effectively protect the working environment;
Easy to clean, no effect on machine tool paint, long service life
