1.Feed gas inlet unit Potential solids like solid particles from erosion in the pipeline and liquid droplets are removed in Feed gas filter separator to prevent damages to downstream equipment.Downstream the Feed gas filter separator a slip-stream of the feed gas can be routed to the Fuel Gas drum for start-up and back-up fuel gas purpose.The Feed gas composition is analysed by an off-line analyser. 2 Sour gas removal unit AMDEA, activated Methyldiethanolamine solution was selected to remove CO2 and H2S from the feed gas. The feed gas from Feed gas inlet unit enters the Amine Absorber and flows from bottom to top through packings. Introduced lean amine flows in the counter current direction extracting the acid gas. The Sweet gas exits the top of the Absorber with a CO2 content of max 50 vppm and H2S content of max 1 vppm. The Sweet gas is cooled down in Sweet gas cooler against air and solution traces are removed in downstream Sweet gas separator, before it is fed to the Dehydration unit. The loaded amine solution originating from the sump of the Absorber is fed to the Rich amine flash drum and then passes through Amine Heat Exchanger, where it is warmed up against lean amine. It is further routed to the top of Amine regenerator. The Amine is distributed onto the packing of the column and stripped with rising vapour which mainly consists of steam, H2S and CO2. After passing the packing the solvent is collected on a tray and routed to the Reboiler where the solvent is partially evaporated by means of Hot Oil. The liquid and vapour output of the Reboiler is fed back to the sump of the Amine regenerator. The regenerated solvent leaves the column at the bottom via Amine Heat Exchanger. It is routed to Lean Amine Cooler and to the top of Absorber by means of the Lean Amine Pump. Approximately 10% of this flow is routed through the Lean Amine Filter to remove particles. After cooling and partial condensation in Acid gas condenser the acid gas from the top of regenerator is separated from the condensate in Acid gas separator. Amine Reflux pump delivers the condensate back to the top of the Rich amine flash drum. The separated sour gas is vent into atmosphere. Amine Storage Drum is designed to hold the complete liquid inventory of the amine wash unit. Underground amine storage drum is designed to recycle the amine as much as possible when the plant shutdown. 3 Dehydration unit 4 Hg removal unit The feed gas from Dehydration unit is routed to the Mercury Adsorber where traces of mercury are removed. Mercury Adsorber Filter ensures that no particles from the adsorbent are carried over to the downstream process facilities. 5 Cold box unit The sweet and dry gas is routed to the cold box of the process, which mainly consists of plate-fin heat exchangers section, a NGL separator. The gas from Mercury adsorber Filter is first precooled in plate-fin heat exchangers. From there the partly condensed feed gas is routed to the middle section of the NGL separator. The gas leaving the NGL separator at its top is then further cooled down and changed into liquid phase, finally flow to the LNG tank. 7 MRC cycle unit 8. MRC make-up unit 9.
