TL STRAIGHT CUTTING OIL – inactive sulfur type Grade : TL ST CUT Performance Level : Proprietary Grade These cutting oils are specially developed for wide range of machining operations. These oils are highly refined transparent, inactive cutting oils with extreme pressure properties. They are blended from highly refined HVI mineral oils and selected oiliness additives to improve the surface adherence properties. Application: These oils are used for machining yellow metals without staining the materials. These oils are suitable for less severe Classes of machining on ferrous metals and are excellent for automatic lathes, screw cutting machines etc. TL ST cut 22 is specially designed as multipurpose neat cutting oil.

TL STRAIGHT CUTTING OIL – active sulfur type Grade : TL ST CUT AS Performance Level : IS 3065 : 1985 These cutting oils are specially developed for wide range of machining operations. These oils provide superior metal wetability and better cooling in severe operational conditions. They contain active sulfur to provide additional EP Properties. These Oils are not recommended for use on yellow metals to avoid staining. Application: These oils are used for severe cutting operations on materials difficult to machine, particular tough steels and are excellent for automatic lathes, screw cutting machines etc. TL ST cut AS 14 gives better surface finish and improves gear cutting tool life.
