Urals (a Russian brand of export oil mix) is obtained by mixing heavy, high-sulfur oil from the Urals and the Volga region in the pipeline system of Transneft (the sulfur content in which reaches 3.0 %, and the density in API degrees does not exceed 26-28) with light West Siberian oil Siberian Light.

The total sulfur content in Urals grade oil is 1.2 %, the density in API degrees is 31-32. Analysts believe that ESPO has very good prospects in the Pacific market, due to its high quality and short transport arm.
