In the Oil & Gas sector, we work with Major IOC, brokerage firms, and trading houses to provide critical linkage between the major refiners and suppliers of products sourced, at the best prices, while using advanced pricing mechanisms, e.g. - EFP, Swaps, and Hedging, to ensure products bought and sold are transported safely and timely to your final destination.
Dynamic of operation includes a preliminary negotiation with crude oil buyer's request, which is detailed on the letter of intent (LOI), specifying; crude grade and assay specification, nearness to buyer's discharge port, Cost of product, and transportation (freight charges) under any of these Incoterms ( CFR, CIF, DDP or FOB) with signed "Ncnd" Agreement in place.
Once the above is in place, Gaflex Energy International Inc. fiduciary seller will then commence a verbal expression of more firm intention to supply the buyer the requested product, which usually proceeds with a firm written "offer letter or counteroffer" written by the buyer for further negotiations, all within an agreed-upon validity period.
If the buyer now accepts the seller's firm written offer, the buyer has to write a letter (Ratification) to the seller, accepting the general terms and conditions for products to be supplied.
This finally concludes with the seller issuing draft verbiage of the "Sales and Purchase Terms and Condition Agreements" legally bound upon sign-off by both parties.
