SINOPEC  Synthetic H.D. Industry gear oil 4406 is manufactured from synthetic base oil and well-chosen EP anti-wear additives. According to ISO grades, it can be classified as: ISO VG100, 150, 220, 320, 460, 680 and 1000.

Advantages:

* Very high viscosity index provides a wide range of operation temperature

* Excellent low-temparature flow performance,ensure gearbox normalstarting at low temperature.

* Excellent thermal and oxidative stability, prevented deteriorate of oil at high temperature

* Very good anti-wear and heavy load capability, reduce abrasion of gearbox

* Low coking tendency ensure an ultra-long service life.

Applications

* Gear oil 4406 can be used to lubricate such gears as medium/low speed, heavy duty close industrial gears, slide or roll bearing

* Compare with mineral gear oils, it can improve efficiency, decrease work consumes, lower the friction, prolong the life and oil change period. So it can lower maintained cost and work

* Suitable operation temperature range from VG 10- VG460: -30 ºC - 150 ºC, VG 680-VG1000: -25 ºC - 150 ºC.
