SR7015 is a high-performance fully synthetic cutting liquid package prepared from various components, It is environment-friendly, biodegradable, strong in cleaning ability, less foam, high ability in anti adulterated oil, resistance to hard water, and able to prolong the service life of cutting tool.

APPLICATION

SR7015 has been developed to formulate the synthetic liquid used for heavy load cutting and grinding machining, suitable for the machining of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, as well as high nickel stainless steel, but not applicable to the aluminum and its alloys machining.

DOSAGE

Add 40% SR7015 into 60% water, can formulate fully synthetic cutting fluid concentrated fluid.
The recommended dosage: 4-8% for grinding; 5-10% for cutting.
