O ring seals is a kind of rubber sealing ring with circular cross-section. Because of its cross-section is O-type, it is also called O-ring. It began to appear in the mid-19th century, when it was used as a sealing element for steam engine cylinders.

High temperature and high pressure steam passes through fixed nozzle and becomes accelerated air flow, and then it is sprayed onto the blade to make the rotor with blade row rotate and work externally at the same time.
