T768  Water-based anti-rust agent

This product is mainly applied to keep the black and nonferrous metal from corrosion; 

especially for the situation of longer-term corrosion which requires no residue non-

greasy condition. It’s also applied for cutting fluid, rolling liquid, cleaning fluid, 

antifreeze fluid, hydraulic fluid, formation fluid and aqueous anti-rust paint,etc.

1.It has excellent anti-rust performance and double effect in anti-rust and passivation .It

 can replace both the steel passivator to provide passivation function and also ordinary 

anti-rust oil to close the oil film for anti-rust performance.

2 .This product completely eliminates the dust residue problem of the traditional anti-

rust water, it also solve the greasy and ash sticky problems of traditional anti-rust oil . It 

will leave a very thin and transparent water-soluble protective film  which can be 

easily removed with a neutral detergent.

3.It can form stable and transparent anti-rust fluid with water. Stir it well when mixing 

the original fluid and water .

4 .Choose different dilution rate according to the anti-rust period requirements.

5.The product is barium-free, nitrite-free and phenol-free, it is safe to use.

It used in water-soluble anti-rust fluid with the dosage of 1%-10%.  Preparation

 method : Stir it well after adding water and untill it becomes transparent  liquid .

Then it can be used for paint , spray and brush,etc . It can also be used as anti-

rust agent with the concentration of 0.2%-5%. Higher concentration ,better effect .

This product should be operated as SH/T0164 during the storage,loading and unloading and oil blending. The highest temperature should not exceed 75 ℃,during long-term storage, the highest temperature should not be more than 45 ℃.This product is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive.In terms of safety, environmental protection and application,

 it is the same as general petroleum products, there is no need for special protection.
