A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Q: Do you have a guarantee?
A: - The product warranty period is 15 days from the date of shipment on board at the seaport in Vietnam
- Warranty only, ensuring the technical specifications related to the quality of products committed. The highest fine does not exceed 0.05 USD / kg and must be verified between the two parties

Q: What are your payment methods?
A: - Advance payment of money equal to 50% of Contract Value
- Pay the remaining amount equal to 50% of the contract value right after receiving full export documents (CO, CQ, PL, invoice)
