A : order box & carton approx. 3-weeks PLUS 1-2 weeks for packing works and shipment preparation.

A : Yes, you only need to pay for the delivery cost.

A :  DHL (most accepted, most expensive), EMS (cheaper, average 1-week), Regular Post (cheapest, 10-30 days).
