1. Can I request samples?
Answer : We would be happy to deliver samples, however, the sample cost would be paid by the buyer. Inform us of your express account number with your preferred courier company and they shall collect the samples from us. Alternatively, we could also dispatch the samples on our account but the sample cost will have to be paid upfront.

However after the confirmation of the bulk order, the cost of samples shall be deducted from the payment so that the sample becomes effectively free.

2. How long is the lead time?
